A little about me
I founded GMG Legal to give business owners, inventors, and families the kind of legal help I would want myself: direct, responsive, and clear. I am licensed to practice law in Arizona and am a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Before law school, I earned a degree in biological sciences, and that science background still shapes my work. I have prepared and prosecuted utility patent applications in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and the life sciences, prosecuted design patents, and helped businesses and individuals register their trademarks. I have also spent years working on complex commercial transactions, where getting every detail right matters.
Today my practice focuses on forming businesses, drafting and reviewing contracts, protecting intellectual property, handling real estate documents, and helping families plan for the future. I am also an Arizona notary authorized for remote online notarization.
