Notary services

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

I am an Arizona notary authorized to perform remote online notarizations. Sessions are held on BlueNotary, a secure online notarization platform, so you can sign from home.

How it works

  1. Contact me to schedule your session.
  2. You receive a BlueNotary link and upload your document.
  3. Verify your identity online with a government-issued photo ID.
  4. Meet with me by video and sign electronically. The session is recorded as Arizona law requires.
  5. Receive your electronically notarized document.

What to have ready

  • A computer or phone with a camera, microphone, and internet connection
  • A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID
  • The complete, unsigned document

Notarization confirms identity and signature. It does not include legal advice about the document unless you separately hire me as your attorney. Some recipients and county recorders have their own requirements, so please check that they accept electronically notarized documents.
